We are reminded at least three times each day just how our body feels after certain foods. 

As you feast your eyes, ask your feast: 
Will this food bring me clean energy and joy, or cause me guilt and suffering? 

We should be in the habit of asking this before every meal. It is a great way to prepare your body for the meal and to get the digestion working. 

If the answer is negative, consider something else to fuel you. We are surrounded by endless food choices and options most of the time.
The vegans, coeliacs, allergic and gut compromised, might need extra support, but we can help with that too.
